Looking Ahead At Top 100 For The 2015 Class

The updated All Star Girls Report national Top 100 for the Class of 2015 has been released, and 5-10 wing player Asia Durr from Douglasville, Ga., is the top prospect.

Now in its 18th year, the All Star Girls Report is the leader in women’s basketball scouting. ASGR’s rankings are compiled by veteran analyst Bret McCormick, who rated over 1,500 athletes in the class. ASGR members can log in and view the complete updated rankings at www.ASGR.info.

Here is a quick look at the ASGR Super Six for 2015 along with a quick comment from McCormick:

1- Asia Durr (Uncommitted): “Asia is, hands down, the best player in the class. She is one of the very best to come along in a long time. She is a very athletic lefty, and she can do it all. She plays hard and has a great attitude. Asia is just the total package.”

2- Katie Samuelson (Uncommitted): “Her two sisters are at Stanford, and Katie is the best of the three sisters. She is a great scorer and she has a great feel for the game. She is very versatile, and she could probably play anywhere from the one to the four spot.””

3- Dejanae Boykin (Uncommitted): “Dejanae is a three-four player who have a wonderful inside-outside game. She is a strong athlete, and she can excellent shooting range.”

4- Naphessa Collier (Uncommitted): “Naphessa is another strong athlete who could play multiple positions. She can score inside or out, and she has the ability to defend guards or post players.”

5- Jordan Hosey (Uncommitted): “Jordan is a physical player who knows how to score down low, but she also has the skills to take the ball coast-to-coast. She just has a great combination of athleticism and size.”

6- Lashann Higgs (Texas): “Lashann is a combo with great size. She can really attack the basket with her athleticism, and she knows how to use her height to score over defenders with her mid-range game. She has a great scorers’ mentality.”
