Our event is a “Stay to Play” event: A good working relationship with hotels is critical for the long-term success of our event. For this reason, teams or attendees who are traveling from out of town are required to book their rooms through our Official Travel Partner, Team Travel Source, to ensure that our room blocks are utilized. In short, since the hotels are holding rooms for our event, we must use these rooms.

All travel teams must arrive Saturday, or before your first game for mandatory coaches registration and certification. Registration begins on Saturday at 7am, ending at 6pm and continues on Sunday from 7am to 12pm. All teams should make departing flights on Sunday after 7pm. If flying, please use Los Angeles Airport (LAX).
Check-in will be at the on Saturday from 7pm to 6pm and on Sunday from 7am to 12pm.
8th grade (14U) & 9th grade (15U) are subject to begin playing at 8am on Saturday.
