Deep South has partnered with Team Travel Source to provide attendees/groups with the best available hotel rates and a smooth booking experience.
Our event is a “Stay to Play” event: A good working relationship with hotels is critical for the long-term success of our event. For this reason, teams or attendees who are traveling from out of town are required to book their rooms through our Official Travel Partner, Team Travel Source, to ensure that our room blocks are utilized. In short, since the hotels are holding rooms for our event, we must use these rooms.

FAST FACTS:
All travel teams must arrive Friday, or before your first game for mandatory coaches registration. Registration begins on Friday at 3pm for team coaches only, ending at 10pm and continues on Saturday from 7am to 10pm. All teams should make departing flights on Sunday after 5pm. If flying, please use Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) or Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO). Piedmont Triad is about 90 minutes from Raleigh.
Travel Coaches Check-In:
Check-in will be at the Raleigh Convention Center on Friday from 3pm to 10pm and on Saturday from 7am to 10pm.
FYI:
13U – 14U are subject to begin playing at 4pm on Friday. All teams will play in the Raleigh Convention Center. Please plan accordingly.

See map for the many parking decks around the Raleigh Convention Center. Passenger drop off is on Cabarrus St. before Salisbury St.
